Warranty Terms

Lifetime Warranty does not include any labor associated with installation and/or removal of parts, key and/or Locksmith fees. Buyer will not be reimbursed for any such fees. Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Seller's liability is limited to the price of the item sold and Seller is not liable for any damage and/or injury sustained that results from any item(s) sold, and Buyer hereby now and forever relinquishes Seller from any such liability. Returns must be in original condition. Electrical parts are tested before being sold and will be inspected for any damages upon return, voiding all warranties where components are proven to be damaged via buyer application. Warranty includes only one claim. Warranty is not transferable. The warranty shall be void if an item is returned with any signs of: burnt components; physical and/or water damage; misuse, abuse, modifications, opened, tampered with, vehicle is involved in a collision; or security seal is removed, broken and/or damaged. Item can be returned within 30 days of the sale. Returned programmed items are subject to an additional $99 non-refundable programming fee and, if order includes keys, the return is subject to an additional $69 non-refundable key fee. All returns for money back must be received by Seller within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Returns received after 30 days from the date of original purchase include an option for an exchange or in-store credit. Repair Service caries a Limited Lifetime Warranty, you will receive a message with details of the repairs that took place, those repairs are covered. You may also receive install notes detailing what you may need to repair or verify good prior to installing the repaired part. If it is determined those repairs did not take place and the same component(s) are burned/damaged it will not be covered under the warranty. The warranty is only valid in the USA. Acceptance of this part/service constitutes acceptance of all of the aforementioned terms.
